A NOTE TO BUYER: When the seller and purchaser agree to a verbal sale, Purchaser has 24 hours to send in a deposit. If Purchaser is sending deposit by check, you have 48 - 72 hours for me (the seller) to recieve the deposit. If in the event I do not recieve the deposit to hold your kitten, it will be marked "FOR SALE" again for the next interested party. *(PLEASE NOTE!!!) IF YOU PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT AND THEN CHANGE YOUR MIND after kitten is 8 weeks old, YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE (WHATEVER THE CAUSE UNLESS I END THE SALE ,DUE TO THE LOSS OF SALES FOR THAT KITTEN WHILE YOU HAD THEM "RESERVED OR SOLD"
Methods of payment
Deposit
A $100 NRD Non-refundable deposit is required to hold any kitten. When interest in one of our kittens is expressed, the kitten will be labeled as "Reserved" until the deposit is received. We allow two - three business days to receive the deposit in check by mail before removing the "Reserved" status and replacing it with "Sold". If by two - three business days a deposit is not received for the kitten, it will be returned to "Available" for the next interested party.
Non- Refundable Deposit - Means deposit is not refundable if the potential buyer changes his/ her mind about wanting the kitten, if the kitten becomes very ill (incurrable and life threatening / not cosmetic), dies (deposit is transferred to another kitten or up and coming litter) If kitten was not the buyers desired color or pattern / meaning if you wanted a snow and we had all browns and patterns mean if you wanted a spotted and we had all marbles.( if on a waiting list), kittens turns out to be high quality and the breeder prefers to keep the kitten for the breeding program or travel arrangements do not work out on the sellers end THEN THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UNDER BREEDERS DISCRETION.

Balance
If paying by check the balance will be due two weeks before delivery ( there will be a fee for delivery cost (please call to get delivery cost estimate) that needs to also be in my hands two weeks before deliver). This gives the check time to clear the bank. ( PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $30.00 FEE FOR RETURNED CHECKS! )
Paying by cash
The balance is due upon pick-up of the kitten IN CASH ONLY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS AS FINAL PAYMENT
If you bring a check , you do not get the kitten that day and we will have to reschedule your pick up date.
